We will also outline to you how your wedding including the travel might look like for you and your guests. You will get an idea of the style your wedding might follow depending of the preferred type of location, existing ideas to consider as well as other activities you are striving for. We will then jointly derive the best-matching type of location and start to sketch approaches to realise your individual style.

1. Based on your guidelines, we will then draft a proposal individually prepared to meet your requirements including the services you wish to have our support with.
   

2. Off-the-shelf weddings do not exist for Crowned Heart - as each bridal couple has its own unique dream of a wedding and therefore requires a bespoke service offering. So you will not see a standardised wedding package at Crowned Heart. Instead you will find a service that is specifically tailored to the requirements of each single bridal couple.

As soon as you have decided to work together with us...

1. we will prepare an organisation and time plan aligned to the date of your wedding. Within this, we will list all tasks and key deadlines for the upcoming weeks and months. We will use this plan to coordinate all activities, appointments and deadlines, while for you they will allow you to keep a general overview of the progress and the status of the tasks assigned to us. The plan also act as a reminder of the activities you have to perform on your own, such as the entry at the registrar‘s office or the preparation of the guest list. We will jointly review the plan on a regular basis and ensure that we are on track with the progress of the preparation.

In addition to that, we share a supportive pack with you, containing a lot of recommendations and hints that could help you in making the one or the other decision easier and quicker, such as the selection of opening songs for the party or readings for the ceremony. Receive some guidelines for the purchase of your wedding dress, an overview of the bridal emergency set you are not allowed to miss on the big day as well as an overview of the essential administrative tasks you have to fulfil once you are married.
   

3. We show you the latest trends for your wedding and prepare a customised style concept in line with your preferences. With our suggestions and recommendations you should be in the best position to make a decision on these aspects - as it is still your wedding and not the wedding planner‘s! You as the bridal couple are the focal point and your personality should be reflected in the ceremony as well as in the celebration.
   

We consider it an essential part of the preparation to work jointly in close alignment with you. Your wedding planner should be someone you know and trust and not someone you meet in person for the first time on the day of your wedding. At Crowned Heart you will have a wedding planner assigned to you for the entire preparation period. That gives you a single point of contact for all information updates, progress statements and reminders of key deadlines. We are there for you - regardless where you need us - whether that is back at home in Germany or on site in Scotland.
